Our forging max weight 40MT, Our length 12 meter, We have dia 2meter*12 meter deep shaft heating treatment furnace, It is the sole heat treatment furnace in East China, which could improve the internal and external quality.

2. We have a series of inspection equipment and test appliance, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, utrasonic test, magnetic article test etc...

All of the ingot is melted by LF + VOD furnace. We could choose ESR raw material according to the customers' requirements.

3. According to the customers' requirements, We could finish the final machining.
